Conveyancing
Buying or selling property is one of the most significant transactions most people undertake. Hudson Law assists buyers and sellers with houses and strata units throughout New South Wales.
Overview
Conveyancing is the legal process of transferring ownership of real property from one person to another. In NSW it involves the preparation and exchange of a Contract for Sale of Land, searches and enquiries, adjustments, and settlement, now generally completed electronically.
Peter Hudson has assisted Central Coast and NSW clients with residential property transactions for many years. We work with you, your agent, your lender and the other party's representative to keep your matter moving and to explain each step as it happens.
